Return with Ease: Your Assurance Matters to Us

Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including being in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, such as those purchased with a discount, on sale, or with a gift card.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@getresetcare.com. Please provide your name, order number, and the reason for your return request. Our team will then provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.

Conditions

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and confirm that we have received it. After inspecting the item, we will inform you immediately about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Satisfaction and Refund Policy

At Reset Care, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@getresetcare.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please return the product for inspection. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This guarantee only applies to your first trial of our product. We will issue a refund for one unit per customer on the first order, excluding shipping and handling costs. For example, if you order Reset Care’s Revival Shot 6-pack and 12-pack, only one item is eligible for a refund. Refunds are only applicable to items purchased at full price. Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for return. When initiating a return, please provide your name, order confirmation number, and reason for the request. To prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse or restrict our guarantee based on our discretion and best judgment.

Damaged Goods

We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item(s), we are committed to making it right. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:


Reporting a Damaged Item

Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a detailed description of the damage. Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.


Return Process

Once we verify the damage, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Please use the provided label to return the damaged item within 14 days.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


Exceptions

This policy applies only to items that are damaged upon arrival. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the damage is not reported within the specified timeframe, if the item is not returned within the specified period, or if the provided documentation is insufficient. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work diligently to resolve any issues with damaged item(s). Amazon Returns

If you purchased our product on Amazon and are not satisfied, please process your return or request a refund directly through the Amazon website or app. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with these transactions, as they are managed exclusively by Amazon.

The Service and all products and Services delivered to you through the Service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. In no case shall Reset Care, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, Service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Service or any products procured using the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. 

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Reset Care, our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. 

 

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving your issues without resorting to formal legal action. If a dispute is not resolved through our usual business practices, please send a notice to hello@getresetcare.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the dispute remains unresolved within 30 days of your submission, you agree to the arbitration term outlined below. 

 

Arbitration

You and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, Company, Site, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy shall resolved by arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Orange County, California before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules or pursuant to JAMS’ Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause does not prevent parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. The parties shall maintain the confidentiality of the arbitration proceeding and the Award, including the Hearing, except as necessary to prepare for or conduct the arbitration hearing, or in connection with a court application for a preliminary remedy, or a judicial challenge to an Award or its enforcement, or as required by law or judicial decision. This Agreement and the parties’ rights hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, exclusive of conflict or choice of law rules. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce. Notwithstanding the provision in the preceding paragraph with respect to applicable substantive law, any arbitration conducted pursuant to the terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C., Secs. 1-16). In any arbitration arising out of or related to this Agreement, the arbitrator(s) will not have the authority to award punitive or exemplary damages, except where permitted by statute, and the parties waive any right to recover any such damages. In any arbitration arising out of or related to this Agreement, the arbitrator(s) shall award to the prevailing party, if any, the costs and attorneys’ fees reasonably incurred by the prevailing party in connection with the arbitration. If the arbitrator(s) determine a party to be the prevailing party under circumstances where the prevailing party won on some but not all of the claims and counterclaims, the arbitrator(s) may award the prevailing party an appropriate percentage of the costs and attorneys’ fees reasonably incurred by the prevailing party in connection with the arbitration. The arbitrator must adhere to the applicable laws and the stipulations of this Agreement and Privacy Policy. Failure to do so will be considered an overreach of arbitral power and open to judicial review. This arbitration agreement remains valid even if your account or access to the Site is terminated. If the arbitration provisions are deemed inapplicable to you or a particular claim or dispute, whether by your choice or by a ruling from the arbitrator or a court, you agree that any such matter must be settled solely by a state or federal court in Orange County, California. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, California for resolving such claims or disputes. Any claim or action related to your use of our products and/or Services must be filed within one year from the date the issue or cause of action occurred, notwithstanding any conflicting statute or law. Failure to do so will result in the claim or cause of action being permanently voided.

 

Class Action Waiver

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or any other representative actions. All claims and disputes must be arbitrated on an individual basis and cannot be consolidated with those of any other person or entity. 

 

Opt-Out Arbitration Agreement 

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by notifying us via email at hello@getresetcare.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms of Service. Please include your full name and a statement indicating that you are opting out of this arbitration agreement.

 

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Service, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. 

 

Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site. If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. We may also deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof). 

 

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service, along with any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us, governing your use of the Service. This agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party. 

 

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
